I woke up a bit fatigued from the travel of yesterday before going and seeing my friends! and just getting to hang out with them for a little while before I went to volunteer for breakfast serving was really refreshing. And man! I missed the kitchen crew! It felt so nice to be back there, especially later with the first superhero meeting. Getting to teach my fellow serving crew how to do things and show them where stuff is was so very fun, got a lot of nostalgia for the years I had no idea where anything was! Times are changing!
And I discovered that there was a newspaper this year made by one of our beloved culminati, And I was the face of one of them?? Mama look I’m on the big screen!! Overall just a really fun day :] it already feels like its been forever since I’ve been home, and in all that time I’ve been here instead. And its a strange feeling but it just makes me more excited for the rest of camp!

I’m so blown away that there is a newspaper at camp this year! Kuddos to everyone involved cause I know how much work goes into creating a publication. My daughter is a first year camper and I’m so grateful to read these fun nuggets from a place that I always hoped she would want to go to. Have an amazing camp!
