Oona: Day 4, Vermont ~ NBTSC 2023

My name’s Oona, this is my first time at camp. This is one of the best places I’ve ever been, everyone is so friendly and happy all the time. I love the resident camp baby that is here, who happens to share my name. I’m from West Philly. I learned how to play cat’s cradle here, the people who taught me were so nice, generally everyone is so nice. I wanted to share parts of life here, and how wonderful they are.

The big field

The big blue thing in the back is the gaga pit. It is a very fun game. Crates are very fun too. The tree makes a good clothes line. These are parts of life here.

Conversing with friends is one of my favorite things to do here.

The mess hall. A place where the best food ever is to be eaten.

The kitchen where said food is made!

This bell tells us things.

In the foreground is beautiful scenery, the background is a kybo.

The kybos (composting toilets) needed some attention.

The absolute best way to play an accordion.

A place that I love.
